The issue which this app seeks to resolve is the occurrence of unsustainable practices within the field of food and hospitality.

The solution

RESTORE® is an online platform which allows restaurants to calculate metrics about their sustainability performance and receive recommendations on how to improve their sustainability (while maintaining costs as low as possible). The platform should help restaurant professionals, whether it be managers, owners or chefs, to find out about their establishment’s environmental impacts, and gain insight on how to mitigate these impacts.
